Established in January 2001, our aim has been to establish a specialist firm, providing Western Australia’s highest quality service to clients investigating and pursuing claims for injuries, arising from negligent health care.

Since that time we have been Western Australia’s only firm truly specialising in medical negligence claims, handling 100s of medical negligence cases to successful conclusion.

We are the only Western Australian firm where representation at trial or on appeal in medical negligence trials is often conducted “in house,” rather than by an outside barrister.  The firm’s principal, Julian Johnson is available to conduct trials in medical negligence cases handled by the firm.  We believe this ability gives our clients a unique advantage.
